My name is Sarah Bragwell. When I was in 4th grade, I knew that I wanted to be a teacher when I grew up. I began that journey many years ago. I grew up in Jefferson County and went to Corner High School. My mom (Sharon Gilbert- a retired high school Calculus teacher) and my 4th grade teacher (Mrs. Kirkpatrick) and my high school librarian (Patsy Adams) were my inspirations to become a teacher. I am married to Mr. Jonathan Bragwell...a 5th grade teacher at Hartselle Intermediate School. I have two wonderful children Ty and Terra. My favorite things to do are teaching, reading, writing, learning to use new technology, sewing, and spending time with my family. I give 100% every day for your children and I ask nothing in return except your effort at home in trying to do what is best for your child to be a successful learner and leader in our classroom and in life.
Here are some of my favorites: GiGI's Cheesecake- Turtle flavor, Target dollar bin items- especially school items and cute containers, snickers candy bar, ice cold Mt. Dew (I know...I'm supposed to be role model for healthy habits...but they are soooooo good!!!!), Starbucks- spiced cider, Auburn Tigers...WAR EAGLE!!!, black and white anything, silver colored jewelry, any kind of colored pen/marker, note pads and journals of any and every kind, old classic BBC romantic movies, and great Kindle reads! I also love to shop at CATO fashion!
